金属热防护系统等效热传导及影响因素分析

     

摘要

针对金属热防护系统,分别建立了真实有限元模型和等效有限元模型,开展瞬态热传导分析,得到内外表面温度随时间的变化历程,并将这两种方法进行了对比分析,结果表明文中提出的等效模型能够准确地模拟真实模型。采用等效模拟方法,对影响金属热防护系统内外表面温度的主要因素进行分析,包括蜂窝芯固体热导率、蜂窝芯几何尺寸和上下面板辐射系数等,获得了各个因素的影响规律,为金属热防护系统结构方案设计提供一定的参考。%The real and effective finite element models were established to simulate the transient heat transfer for metallic thermal protection system. The results of outer and inner temperature variation with time for metallic thermal protection system were obtained and the comparing and analyzing the different methods were given. The results show the effective model could exactly simulate the real model. Furthermore, the effective method was used to analyze the factors of main influence related to outer and inner temperature of metallic thermal protection system, which were the thermal conductivity of honeycomb solid, the size of honeycomb and the radiation coefficient of up-and-down panels. It could be useful to the design of the metallic thermal protection.
