The crack problem is widely existed in the engineering structures such as aging aircraft, pressure vessel and so on. And the final failure of these components is often caused by the multiple cracks. In this paper, the s-version finite element method is used to calculate the stress field distribution of an infinite plate with two penetrating crack in different positions and orientations under tensile loading, and calculate the interaction factor under different conditions in order to explore the influence rule of interaction of multiple cracks on the stress intensity factor. The results show that the crack tip stress field can be enhanced or shielded in different position and direction. The results and conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the analysis of multi crack damage tolerance.%有限元重合网格法是研究断裂力学问题,特别是多裂纹问题的有效数值方法.本文基于有限元重合网格法,计算分析了受拉伸载荷作用的有限宽平板中两平面穿透裂纹在不同位置和方向的应力场分布,并计算出不同情况下裂纹尖端的交互因子以探索多裂纹的相互作用对应力强度因子的影响规律.研究结果表明裂纹间的相互作用在不同位置和方向条件下会对裂纹尖端应力场产生强化或屏蔽效应.本文的结果和结论可以为多裂纹损伤容限分析提供参考依据.
