超宽幅单索面斜拉桥钢锚箱仿真分析和设计优化

     

摘要

The steel anchorage boxes of the cable and girder anchorage zones of the Beijiang forth Bridge in Qinyuan city have the special structures.The ANSYS was adopted to establish the 3D finite element model of the anchorage zones using shell elements and investigate the mechanical characteristics of the steel anchorage boxes under unfavorable load combinations were in vestigated.The study indicated that the stress and deformation of the main components of the steel anchorage box and the web of the steel girder satisfies the requirements of the standard codes and specifications,however,the stress concentration is founded in the chamfer of the shear plate and the joint between the shear plate and steel web.In the end,the structural measures to improve the structural behaviors of the anchorage zones were proposed,which were verified by comparative analysis on stress and deformation of the zones.%以清远北江四桥为工程背景,针对该桥索梁锚固区钢锚箱的特殊构造形式,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件板壳单元建立了索梁锚固区的三维有限元分析模型,对钢锚箱在最不利荷载组合下的受力性能进行了研究.分析表明钢锚箱主要构件及钢箱腹板的应力及变形均满足受力要求,但抗剪板倒角处及抗剪板与腹板结合处出现了较大的应力集中.在上述分析的基础上,提出了改善索梁锚固区受力性能的构造措施,并通过变形及应力对比分析进行了验证.
