酶法提取老鹰茶中黄酮类化合物

     

摘要

To establish an enzymatic extraction method for extracting total flavonoids in litsea coreana, Lilsea coreana samples were extracted by cellulase enzyme of a specified level at different temperature, pH and the time of enzymatic hydrolysis. Combining of 95 % alcohol, fla-vonoids in Litsea coreana samples was extracted and determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed the optimum conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis were defined, which enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 50 X,, pH of enzyme solution was 5.0, the time of enzymatic hydrolysis was 120 min and the concentration of cellulase enzyme was 0.40 mg/mL. The content of flavonoids in the extraction liquid was as high as 2.68%. Therefore, this method was suitable for the extraction of flavonoids in teas.%为了建立酶法提取老鹰茶中总黄酮的方法表是,将老鹰茶样品经一定量的纤维素酶子不同酶解温度、pH、酶解时间酶解,结合95%乙醇提取黄酮,分光光度法检测.结果:在酶浓度为0.40 mg/mL,酶解温度为50℃,pH 5.0,酶解时间为120 min的最佳酶解条件下,老鹰茶中黄酮的含量达到2.68%.表明,方法能满足茶叶中黄酮类化合物的提取要求.
