The tensible-bending performance of composite insulators FRP rod must be good enough to the UHV transmission engineering. Based on the tests of tensile-bending strength of FRP rod, the effects of various fiber content on mechanical performance of composite insulators FRP rod are studied. The results show that as the fiber content ratio is 79%~83%, the FRP rod has the best mechanical performance. Therefore, 80% of fiber content is ultimately adopted for the composite insulator production, and the products have successfully passed the type tests of phase-to-phase conductor spacer.%特高压复合绝缘子对于芯棒有较高的拉弯性能要求.通过对芯棒进行强度性能测试,研究了玻璃纤维纱含量对芯棒拉弯性能的影响.结果表明,当芯棒的纤维质量分数在79%~83%时,芯棒的机械性能最优.复合绝缘子中的芯棒最终按照质量分数 80% 左右的纤维含量进行生产,产品顺利通过了复合相间间隔棒产品定型试验.
