Field experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different organic fertilizer rates on soil microbe and quality and yield of cabbage. The results indicated that more application of organic fertilizer could increase the amount of soil microbe. With the increase of organic fertilizer application rate, germ, actinomycetes and fungi showed a growth trend. When application of organic fertilizer was more than 7 500 kg/hm , the growth trend of the number of soil microbes slowed. Applications of organic fertilizer could obviously increase yield and improve quality of cabbage. The yield and the content of Vc and reducing sugar of fresh cabbage was the highest under organic fertilizer as 7 500 kg/hm2.%通过田间小区试验,研究了不同用量有机肥作为基肥时对土壤微生物及甘蓝产量、品质的影响.结果表明,细菌、放线菌、真菌数量随有机肥施用量的增加而呈现增长趋势,当有机肥用量超过7 500 kg/hm2时土壤微生物数量增加趋势变缓;有机肥对甘蓝有明显的增产和改善品质的作用,有机肥用量为7 500 kg/hm2时甘蓝产量、Vc及还原糖含量最高.
