中国现代大学制度建设的文化向度分析

摘要

Upholding socialism is the core cultural concept of the modern university system with Chinese characteristics,whose basic form is "the president accountability system under the leadership of the CPC Committee".Influenced by many factors such as history,institutional reality,there are many factors that re-strict the development of university.There are many obstacles between the college and the government,soci-ety and market and similar predicaments within the colleges due o the limit from the political power,admin-istrative power,academic power and democratic power.To promote the construction of modern university system,we must work hard to eliminate these detrimental factors.%坚持社会主义是中国特色现代大学制度的核心文化理念，其根本表现形式就是“党委领导下的校长负责制”。受历史传统、现实制度等多方面因素影响，当前中国大学与政府、社会、市场之间，大学内部的政治权力、行政权力、学术权力和民主权力之间存在着诸多制约学校发展的因素。推动现代大学制度建设，必须致力于消除这些不利因素。
