基于PMSM的电动助力转向控制系统设计

         

摘要

To overcome the lack of brush DC motors in the existing electric power steering, the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the motor of electric power steering system was presented. The electric power steering system architecture was designed, the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control principle were analysed. Based on the vector control strategy, the composite method of feedforward and the fuzzy PI control was adopted, and the assist curve of control algorithm was designed. The results of simulation show that the steering motor current track precision,response speed,and vehicle stability are, improved by the control algorithm.%为克服现有电动助力转向中有刷直流电动机的不足,提出了以永磁同步电动机作为执行电动机的电动助力转向系统.设计了转向系统整体结构,对永磁同步电动机矢量控制原理进行了分析.在电动机矢量控制策略基础上,设计了前馈控制与模糊PI相结合的复合控制算法和曲线形助力控制算法.仿真结果表明,该控制算法提高了转向电动机电流跟踪精度和响应速度,车辆稳定性好.
