摘要

It is the responsibility of normal universities to serve for elementary education, and normal universities have been participating in post - vocational training of the teachers of basic education. It is one of the important ways to serve for elementary education. For the sake of better teachers' post- vocational training, normal universities must innovate to promote the quality and the level of the training, in the aspects of training philosophy, training measures, training management, training resources.%积极参与基础教育教师职后培训是高师院校为基础教育服务的一条重要途径。实践中,要进一步提升高师院校参与基础教育教师职后培训工作的质量,更新理念是前提,整合资源是基础,创新过程是关键,强化管理是保障。
