大学生心理健康教师胜任特征

摘要

教师的胜任特征与其教学效果密切相关.在总结大学生心理健康教师胜任特征研究的基础上,对大学生心理健康教师的胜任特征进行了归纳.大学生心理健康教师的胜任特征主要包括认知技能、工作风格、人格特征、职业精神与支持性胜任特征.%The teachers′ qualifification is closely related to the teaching effectiveness.This paper summerizes the past research and makes a conclusion that the teachers′ qualification includes their cognitive skills,work styles,personality,professionalisms and qualified characteristics of supporting.
