PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve more proper competent person data by including technology or ability not noticed by a person oneself in a database to increase an information amount. PSOLUTION: This competent person registration device has: a storage part storing a competent person registration information database 40 registered with identification information specific to a predetermined person and competent person data corresponding to the identification information; a data extraction part 20 selecting documents related to a registrant making a registration request of the competent person data, and extracting prescribed information from the selected documents; and data registration part 10 combining data registration-requested by the registrant and extraction data extracted by the extraction part, and registering them into competent person registration information as the competent person data.
