老挝来华留学生跨文化适应的方式和影响因素分析

摘要

Foreign students education is an important part of Chinese higher education, but foreign students could not obtain an iG deal result and often meet cross- cultural adaptation problems because of the effect of different cultures. With the increase of Lao students, cross cultural adaptation problems become more and more prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the cross culturG al adaptation of Lao students in China combining with practical situation, which has a very high academic value. This paper analyG zes the ways of cross cultural adaptation of Lao students, and explores its influence factors.%留学生教育是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分，但是受到异文化的影响导致留学生的学习成绩不理想，且跨文化适应状况频出。老挝留学生的数量越来越多，跨文化适应问题越来越突出，因此结合实践探究老挝来华留学生跨文化适应具有必要性，同时还有很高的学术价值。文中，笔者结合实践，通过问卷调查法和文献法分析了老挝来华留学生跨文化适应的方式，探究了影响老挝来华留学生跨文化的影响因素。
