以人力资源管理专业为研究对象,分析比较了国内外人力资源管理专业课程设置情况,探讨了企业对人力资源管理人才的需求,提出了关于课程设置与人才培养的建议,希望对国内高校人力资源管理专业的发展有所帮助。%Taking the human resource management major as a study object, this paper conducts a analytic comparison of the offering status of the human resource management major at home and abroad, probes into the demand of enterprises on the human resource management personnel, and puts forward some suggestions on the course offering and personnel training, hoping to be helpful to the development of human resources management major of universities in China.
