目的：探讨心理干预护理对维持性血液透析患者焦虑抑郁状况和生活质量的影响。方法将2013年6月至2015年6月我院收治的66例维持性血液透析患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各33例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加入心理护理干预。在试验前后分别采用焦虑自评量表（SAS ）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对2组患者的焦虑及抑郁情况进行评估比较，并采用简易健康调查量表（SF-36）对2组患者的生活质量水平进行评估。结果经过护理干预后，干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），生活质量水平明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对维持性血液透析患者应用心理护理干预不仅可以缓解患者的焦虑及抑郁状况，还能够提高其生活质量水平。%Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the status of anxie-ty ,depression and quality of life in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis .Methods Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the intervention group (33 patients in each group) .The rou-tine nursing care was taken in the control group and the extra psychological nursing intervention was provided for the patients in the intervention group based on the routine one .The anxiety ,depression and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were scored and compared by using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) ,self-rating depres-sion scale (SDS) and SF-36 respectively before and after nursing intervention .Results The anxiety and depres-sion scores were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group after nursing intervention (P<0.05);the quality of life of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention applied to the patients undergoing mainte-nance hemodialysis can not only effectively relieve the patients'anxiety and depression ,but also improve their quali-ty of life .
