基于 QC 提高 BDF 空心楼板一次成型合格率

摘要

调研了西山煤电春晖佳园项目现浇空心楼板的质量缺陷，分析了影响空心楼板一次成型合格率的各种因素，制定了质量控制对策，并通过QC实验，验证了其合理性和可行性，最终达到了提高施工质量的目标。%The paper investigates the quality defects of the cast-in-place hollow floor in Chunhui Jiayuan Project of Xishan Coal and Electricity Power,analyzes various factors affecting the one-time qualified rate of hollow floors,makes the quality controlling strategies,and proves it to be reasonable and feasible according to QC experiment,so as to improve the construction quality.
