整体预制桥梁墩柱后浇杯口法安装施工技术

摘要

Combining with bridge bottom pier-column installation engineering example,the paper introduces the technological principles of inte-gral prefabricated bridge pier-column post-pouring rim method,describes its construction operation points from aspects of pier-column cushion cap construction,limiting pier construction and hollow pier prefabrication,and finally points out its advantages,such as high construction efficiency, stable structure and material saving and so on.%结合某大桥下部墩柱安装工程实例，介绍了整体预制桥梁墩柱后浇杯口法的工艺原理，并从墩柱承台施工、限位墩施工、空心墩柱预制等方面，阐明了施工操作要点，指出该工艺具有施工效率高、结构稳定、节约材料等优点。
