2013-2015年我院手术药房麻醉药品应用数据分析

摘要

Objective: To explore new methods for the rational use of narcotics by analyzing their utilization in surgical pharmacy of our hospital during 2013-2015 so as to promoter their standardized management. Methods:The data for the consumption and sales of narcotics and the surgical amount were collected by His system and intranet of our hospital and statistically analyzed. Results:There are six kinds of narcotic drugs for injection in our hospital. The consumption and sales of narcotics and the surgical amount were increased year by year, and DDDs of sufentanil was ranked in the top one in the 3 continuous years, and remifentanil and hydromorphone were ranked in top two in DDC. Conclusion:The consumption and sales of narcotics are increased with the increase of surgical amount but they should belong to a reasonable increase. The drugs with high DDC show low DDDs.%目的：统计并分析我院2013—2015年手术药房麻醉药品的应用情况，探讨麻醉药品合理应用的新方法，并促进其规范化管理。方法：利用我院手术药房His系统及内网，对麻醉药品用药量、金额、手术量等进行统计分析。结果：我院现共有手术用麻醉药品6种，均为注射剂，2013—2015年药品金额、用量呈现逐年上升的趋势，舒芬太尼连续3年DDDs居于第一位。DDC位于前两位的是瑞芬太尼、氢吗啡酮。结论：我院手术药房麻醉药品使用量及金额随着手术量的增加而增加，为合理增长。DDC高的药品用药频度较低。
