社区卫生服务中心护士工作环境的调查分析

     

摘要

Objective: To investigate the nurse working environment of the community health service center to provide the reference basis for improving the nurse working environment and the community nursing work quality.Methods:The self-designed community nurse basic situation questionnaire and nursing work environment scale were used to investigate 108 registered nurses in Malu, Jiading and Zhenxin Community Health Service Centers of Jiading District, Shanghai.Results:The scores of each dimension of the nursing work environment scale were as follows: doctor and nurse solidarity and cooperation (3.60±0.17), high quality nursing service infrastructure (3.48±0.23), leadership style and ability of nursing managers (3.26±0.36), nurses participating in the whole hospital work (3.04±0.34) and adequate nursing manpower and material resources (2.96±0.07). Conclusion: The score of the community nurses working environment is not high and there is a further rise in space. The nursing managers should change the management idea to improve the community nurse working environment and continuously enhance the quality of community nursing.%目的:调查社区卫生服务中心护士工作环境的情况,为改善护士工作环境和提高社区护理工作质量提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的社区护士基本情况调查表和护理工作环境量表对上海市嘉定区马陆镇、嘉定镇街道、真新街道3家社区卫生服务中心的108名在职注册护士进行调查。结果:护理工作环境量表各维度的得分为:医生护士团结合作(3.60±0.17)分、优质护理服务基础(3.48±0.23)分、领导方式和护理管理者的能力(3.26±0.36)分、护士参与医院整体工作(3.04±0.34)分,足够的护理人力和物力(2.96±0.07)分。结论:社区护士工作环境的评分不高,有进一步上升空间,护理管理者应改变管理理念,改善社区护士工作环境,不断提高社区护理工作质量。
