积极心理资本下的研究生心理健康教育探索

摘要

本文从积极心理资本视角来探讨研究生心理健康教育工作，阐释了PPC视角下研究生心理健康的“四自”教育内容，并从积极心理取向、积极校园文化、积极心理品质、积极心理体验四个方面提出了PPC视角下研究生心理健康教育的主要途径。%This article discusses graduate student psychological health education work from the perspective of positive psychological capital, interprets "four-self" education content of the graduate student psychological health, and proposes the main way for graduate student mental health education under the Perspective of PPC from aspects of positive psychological orientation, positive campus culture, positive psychological quality and experiences.
