目的 研究P27Kip1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理分期的关系,探讨P27Kip1的表达对胃癌生长和转移的影响.方法 采用Western blot方法测定胃癌组织及部分正常组织中P27Kip1蛋白表达,并与手术后病理结果对照分析.结果 68例胃癌肿瘤组织P27Kp1蛋白显示低表达,有淋巴结转移、有浆膜侵犯的胃癌P27Kip1表达明显低于无淋巴结转移、无浆膜侵犯的组织.肿瘤组织P27Kip1表达与淋巴结转移、浆膜侵犯、临床病理分期等相关(P＜0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P＞0.05).结论 肿瘤组织P27Kip1表达在胃癌生长、浸润、转移中发挥着重要作用.%Objective To study the expression of P27Kip1l protein in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinic pathological parameters, and to detect protein expression of P27Kip1 in gastric carcinoma development. Methods Sixty-eighl cases of gastric carcinoma were studied by the usage of Western blot. The correlation between tumor tissue expression, of P27Kip1 and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with gastric carcinoma were studied. Results The expression of P27Kip1 was heterogenous in gastric carcinoma. Reduced expression of P27Kip1 was significantly correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, advanced stage and poor differentiation, but had no correlation with age, gender, the tumor size and site. Conclusion The expression of P27Kip1 protein is fine associated with biological behaviour of gastric carcinoma, which can improve the judgments of biological behaviour for gastric carcinoma.
