In order to study the residual characteristics and use security of cymoxanil and oxine-copper in cucumber,the residual dynamics and final residue were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the half-life of cymoxanil and oxine-copper in cucumber were 1 .8~2.5 days and 2.6~4.1 days respectively. Spraying 3 or 4 times during growing period of cucumber with 360 or 540 g a.i./hm2 of 40% cymoxanil and oxine-copper SC,the residue of cymoxanil and oxine-copper in cucumber after the last application for 1 ,2, 3 and 5 days were all lower than 0.5 mg/kg (MRL)and 2 mg/kg (MRL)respectively.The dietary risk as-sessment showed that the value at risk of cymoxanil and oxine-copper were 0.62%and 0.40%,which were in the security levels.It suggested that the pre-harvest interval of cymoxanil and oxine-copper in cucumber was 1 day.%为了探明霜脲氰和喹啉铜在黄瓜上的残留特性和使用安全性,采用高效液相色谱分析技术测定了霜脲氰和喹啉铜在黄瓜中的残留动态和最终残留。结果表明:霜脲氰和喹啉铜在黄瓜中的半衰期分别为1.8~2.5 d和2.6~4.1 d。以40%霜脲氰·喹啉铜悬浮剂360、540 g a.i./hm2,于黄瓜生长期连续喷药3、4次,最后一次施药后1、2、3、5 d,黄瓜中霜脲氰残留量均低于0.5 mg/kg(MRL),喹啉铜残留量均低于2.0 mg/kg(MRL)。膳食风险评估结果表明,霜脲氰和喹啉铜的风险商值仅为0.62%和0.40%,处于安全水平。推荐该药在黄瓜上应用的安全间隔期为1d。
