PTEN、OPN在上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective :To study the effect of PTEN and OPN in the occurrence and development of epi‐thelial ovarian cancer .Methods :The expressions of PTEN and OPN protein were evaluated 60 in epithelial ovarian cancer ,18 borderline epithelial ovarian tumor ,19 epithelial ovarian tumor and 12 the normal ovary tissue by inunu‐nohistochemistry(SP method) .Applied medical statistics methods to analysis of the difference of expression .Re‐sults :The positive rate of PTEN ,OPN in epithelial ovarian cancer ,borderline epithelial ovarian tumor ,benign epi‐thelial ovarian tumor ,normal ovary tissue was 25 .00% 、88 .90% 、94 .70% 、100 .00% ;76 .66% 、27 .77% 、15 .78% 、8 .00% ,The expression level of PTEN decreased with the increase of clinical stage ,with the decrease of pathology level .The expression rate of OPN increased follow the increase of clinical stage ,follow the decrease of pathology level .PTEN lower expression and expression of OPN had negative relevance .Conclusion :① The expression of PTEN、OPN Respectively have evident difference in epithelial ovarian cancer ,borderline epithelial ovarian tumor , benign epithelial ovarian tumor ,normal ovary tissue ,both is negative correlation .②Combined detection both may have some significance for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer .%目的：探讨PTEN、OPN在上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色法检测12例正常卵巢组织、19例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织、18例交界性卵巢肿瘤组织、60例上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中PTEN和OPN的表达，分析其表达的差异性。结果：PTEN、O PN在上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤组织、交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织、良性卵巢肿瘤组织、正常的卵巢组织中其阳性表达率分别为25．00％、88．90％、94．70％、100．00％和76．66％、27．77％、15．78％、8． 00％。PTEN在上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达率随临床分期升高，随病理分级的减低而降低；OPN的表达率随临床分期升高，随病理分级的减低而升高；二者的表达呈负相关。结论：①PTEN、OPN的表达在上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、良性卵巢肿瘤、正常卵巢组织均存在统计学差异，且呈负相关。②二者联合检测可能对上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断有一定意义。
