不同基因型小麦对干旱胁迫响应的差异研究

         

摘要

The drought experiments by using 30% PEG 6000 solution and drought shed were carried out to study different response of 10 wheat genotypes to drought stress. The results showed that the period of drought resistance of 10 wheat genotypes was different and the traits of drought resistance of one wheat genotype was different completely. Jining 16 and Hengguan 35 had high level germination potentiality,germination rate and germination speed in drought condition. Yunong 949 had strong drought resistance in seedling growth period, its seedling height,leaf number,shoot dry weight,root dry weight,chlorophyll content and proline content were higher than that of the others. The yield per plant of Nanyang 996 was the highest under drought stress, followed Yunong 949. When the complex drought resistance coefficient was used to evaluate drought resistance of wheat, Nanyang 996 had the best drought resistance,which was consistent with its yield.%采用PEG 6000模拟干旱试验和干早棚试验,研究10个不同基因型小麦时干早胁迫的响应.结果表明,不同基因型小麦的杭早性表现时期有差异,同一基因型品种在不同杭早指标上表现不完全一致.抗早萌发较好的品种是济宁16和蘅观35,发芽势和发芽率均较高,发芽速度快.豫农949在幼苗生长期杭早性表现比较突出,苗高、叶数、地上部分干重、根干重、叶绿素含童、脯氨酸含童等指标都比较高.干早胁迫下单株产量最高的是南阳996,其次是豫农949.用综合抗早系数评价小麦的抗早性,南阳996的综合杭早系数最高,与产童的表现吻合.
