轻度干旱胁迫下黄淮麦区不同基因型小麦的响应分析

Huang-huai plain is a main wheat-producing area of China, in which wheat is under the influence of the drought due to the lesser rainfall in wheat growing season. In this study, 23 genotypes of wheat were selected and pot cultural experiment was conducted under moisture control conditions to identify the response of drought resistance among different wheat genotypes. 14 physiological and morphological indexes were measured, including proline content, RWC,Pn, root length, root volume, root surface area, root vigor, and height growth rate, etc. and a comprehensive evaluation for wheat drought resistance was achieved through correlation analysis, principal component analysis, subordinate function analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that the differences were existed in severals indexes, including plant height,Pn,Gs and the content of proline among different genotypes wheat, of which proline drought-resistant index were found all greater than 1. Meanwhile, correlation was found existed among different drought resistance indexes. Upon analysis of principal component, 14 indexes were transformed to six independent comprehensive index, which total cumulative rate reached 87.234%. Based on the synthetic evaluation value (D), 23 wheat varieties were divided into three groups. The first category including Yumai 49-198, Junxiao 9706, Bainong 160, Zhongmai 895, and Hemai 801belonged to the high drought resistant group. The second category included 11 cultivars, such as Zhongmai 998, Aikang 58, Zhoumai 22, which belonged to the medium drought resistant group. And the third class including Huacheng 3366, Yanzhan 4110, Luomai 26, Zhongmai1, Xunong 5, and 04 Zhong 36 was divided into the weak drought resistant group.%黄淮麦区是我国小麦的主要生产区,而此地区小麦生长季降雨稀少,深受干旱的影响。为了解黄淮麦区不同基因型小麦的抗旱性差异,采用盆栽控水营造干旱胁迫环境,选取河南省大面积种植的23个小麦品种进行苗期试验。通过测定小麦的叶片脯氨酸含量、叶片相对含水量、净光合速率、根系长度、根系体积、根系表面积、根系活力、株高增长率等14项生理及形态指标,并运用相关分析、主成分分析、隶属函数和聚类分析等多种统计方法对参试小麦品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,在测定的14项指标中,株高、净光合速率、气孔导度及脯氨酸含量受干旱影响程度较大,其中脯氨酸含量的抗旱指数均大于1,且发现部分指标间存在一定的相关联性,不同指标对小麦的抗旱性反映存在差异。利用主成分分析,可将14个指标转化为6个相互独立的综合指标,其累计贡献率达到87.234%。依据抗旱性综合评价值(D)进行聚类分析,可将23个小麦品种分为3类:第1类,强抗旱型,包括豫麦49-198、浚晓9706、百农160、中麦895、鹤麦801等5个品种;第2类,中等抗旱型,包括众麦998、丰德存1号、矮抗58、周麦22等11个品种;第3类,弱抗旱型,包括华成3366、偃展4110、许科168、04中36等7个品种。
