丹麦老年电脑教育的特点及其对中国的启示

摘要

作为互联网普及率最高的国家,丹麦政府和社会在如何帮助老年人融入信息时代方面作了努力尝试并积累了丰富经验.其中,在关注老年电脑教育方面,丹麦政府的有关措施就取得了较好效果.在分析丹麦老年电脑教育特点的基础上,结合我国实际情况提出了相应建议:政府应扶持并规范老年电脑教育事业发展;鼓励老年人发挥余热,并提倡以老帮老学习电脑;老年电脑培训室应明确老年人学习电脑的目的,并转换教学方式.%As a country with the highest internet penetration, the Danish government and society accumulate rich experiences in helping the elderly to keep pace with the information age. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Danish computer education for the elderly. Based on the actual situation in China, this paper draws the corresponding recommendation: the government should support and regulate the computer education for the elderly, computer savvy seniors should help other elderly to learn computers, and computer training centers should formulate the teaching program according to the needs of the elderly.
