广东民办高职师资队伍建设现状及对策

摘要

This analysis of the current situation of Guangdong private higher vocational teachers team construction, mainly related to the higher education statistics index index based on the requirements for teachers in higher vocational colleges, with the relevant data of Guangzhou Nanyang College, mainly from the four aspects of age structure, the ratio of students to teachers, part-time structure, scientific research and social service, analyzes the actuality of the current teaching staff construction Guangdong private colleges.
