摘要

This analysis of the current situation of Guangdong private higher vocational teachers team construction, mainly related to the higher education statistics index index based on the requirements for teachers in higher vocational colleges, with the relevant data of Guangzhou Nanyang College, mainly from the four aspects of age structure, the ratio of students to teachers, part-time structure, scientific research and social service, analyzes the actuality of the current teaching staff construction Guangdong private colleges. And put forward the building of the contingent of teachers from the innovation of scientific and rational planning, training innovation, incentive mechanism, optimize the structure of teaching, teachers factory, to enhance R&D level six suggestions and countermeasure.%  广东民办高职师资队伍建设的现状分析,主要是基于高等教育事业统计指标对高职院校师资队伍的要求的相关指标,结合广州南洋理工职业学院的相关数据,主要从年龄结构、生师比、专兼职结构、科研和社会服务等四个方面对当前广东民办高职院校师资队伍建设的现状进行分析。并提出了师资队伍建设要从科学合理规划、创新培训方式、创新激励机制、优化双师结构、建立教学工厂、提升研发水平等六个方面的建议和对策。
