2011年8月，参加了华南师范大学举办了广东省普通高等学校第四十一期思想政治教育骨干培训班的培训学习。在为期一周的培训中，通过专题报告、案例分析、分组讨论等形式，围绕当前高校大学生的心理特点和辅导员面临的学生工作难点、热点问题进行探讨。通过此次培训学习，增加笔者对辅导员工作的认识、并且在学生工作理论方面也有很多的积累，也明确了学生管理工作的艰辛与责任。同时，也清楚地认识到作为一名辅导员应具备的素质和能力。%August, 2011, To participate in held period of ideological and political education of common colleges and universities in guangdong province backbone training class training by south China normal university.
