中国情景下企业新生代知识员工自我认同测度研究

         

摘要

Employee self-identification is an emerging research topic in recent years ,lacking measurement tools for a large-scale survey research data in the literature ,this paper aims to study the measurement of self-identity under the Chinese context ,based on cognitive theory and exchange theory ,the paper analyzes the connotation of self-identity of employees , builds self-identity based on this architecture .According to Churchill and other reference scale development process ,devel-op the appropriate scale and test its reliability and validity .Research results confirm the structure of the developed scale has good reliability and validity .it can not only provide a measurement framework for the future academic research in theo-ry ,but also it can be used as reference for corporate human resources management .%员工自我认同是近几年新兴的研究议题,关于自我认同测度,现有文献缺乏以大规模数据调研为基础开发自我认同测度量表的相关研究。研究了中国情境下自我认同的测度,从认知理论和交换理论的视角剖析了员工自我认同的内涵,构建了自我认同的结构体系,参照Churchill等量表开发程序开发了相应的量表并对其信度和效度进行了实证检验。研究结果证实所开发的量表具有良好的可靠性和有效性,在理论上为进一步研究自我认同提供了测量框架,在实践方面为企业创新人力资源管理提供了重要依据。
