通过对广东省高科技企业员工的问卷调查,探讨人力资源管理实践、组织支持感与员工敬业度的关系.研究结果表明,人力资源管理实践和组织支持感对员工敬业度产生直接或间接的影响;组织支持感在人力资源管理实践对员工敬业度的影响中起完全中介作用.%With the questionnaire survey of hi - tech enterprise staff in Guangdong province, the paper explores the relationship among human resource management practice, perceived organizational support and employee engagement under Chinese cultural background. The empirical study results show that human resource management practice and perceived organizational support have a positive direct or indirect impact on employee engagement. Furthermore, perceived organizational support fully mediates the relationship between human resource management practice and employee engagement.
