信息系统实施中用户抵制行为与象征意义研究——以天津市A公司为例

摘要

This paper begins with the knowledge of user resistance and uses symbolic meaning to research on user resistance which has symbolic meaning. User resistance symbols the action which reacts to the change of power - responsibility -interest during the process of enterprises informatization. Then this paper provides ways of destruction resistance by using literature analysis and takes A company for example to advance a model of destruction. When implementing information system , we should focus on the symbolic meaning of user resistance, thus the system can be implemented successfully.%从介绍用户抵制行为相关理论出发,运用象征意义来研究用户抵制行为,认为用户抵制行为具有象征意义,象征用户在企业信息化过程中因权责利改变而做出相应反应的行为.通过文献综述提出解构用户抵制行为的方法,再以A公司为例,提出解构模型.认为企业在信息系统实施时,关注用户抵制行为的象征意义才能更好地保证系统胜利实施.
