什么决定了一线城市对人才的吸引力?——基于随机森林法对影响要素的检验分析

摘要

In recent years,our country attracted a large number of excellent talents from home and abroad through the first-tier cities,which drive the whole national economic and social development.To examine the major factors that influence first-tier cities talent attraction,we built a four-dimensional analytical framework,measured abnormal points,selected characteristic value using random forest algorithm,and conducted logistic regression model on the influence factors of first-tier cities talent attraction.The result indicates that the 9 out of 17 variables are significant.The findings offer new analytical methods and practical guiding function.%近年来我国致力于通过一线城市大量吸引海内外优秀人才,从而带动整个国家经济社会快速发展,实现人才兴国战略.为全面深入分析一线城市人才吸引力的主要影响因素,构建四维度整体分析框架,提出采用随机森林法进行异常点度量和特征变量选取,设计一线城市人才吸引力影响因素的Logistic回归模型,对影响方式和影响程度进行深入的定量分析.研究结果表明,在所选择的17个分析变量中,影响显著的有9个因素.研究结果为我国一线城市探究人才吸引力的影响因素,发挥地区比较优势进一步吸引人才提供新的分析方法与实际指导作用.
