如何提高多学科专业研究生协同创新能力已成为当前研究生教育发展的热点问题.从团队视角出发,通过对294个在校跨学科创新团队的问卷调查,运用回归分析方法,对知识共享多样性和复杂性在团队特征与协同创新之间的中介效应以及团队学习能力的调节效应进行研究.实证研究发现:知识共享多样性和复杂性在团队特征与协同创新的关系中具有中介效应;团队学习能力在知识共享多样性与协同创新之间起到正向调节作用,在知识共享复杂性与协同创新之间不具有调节作用.%How to improve the ability of collaborative innovation of multi-disciplinary graduate students has become a hot issue in the development of graduate education at present.This paper researches the mediating effect of knowledge sharing diversity and complexity on team characteristics and collaborative innovation,and the moderating effect of team learning ability,from the perspective of team,based on questionnaire survey of 294 interdisciplinary innovation teams.The empirical study finds that,the diversity and complexity of knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between team characteristics and collaborative innovation;team learning ability plays a positive role in the diversity of knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation;but it has no regulatory role in the complexity of knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation.
