石油工程'卓越工程师计划'实施方案探索

摘要

石油工程"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是适应当前教育模式下的一种全新的教育教学模式,是创新高等教育人才培养机制的重要举措.本文简要分析了石油工程"卓越工程师计划"的研究现状以及原有教育模式的弊端.在此基础上,探索该计划在教育模式、教育理念、考核方式、以及在毕业论文环节做出的重要改革,并出台相应的保障措施,以期培养出一大批能够适应当代经济社会发展需要的高质量各类型的高级工程技术人才.%Excellent Engineer Education Training Program of Petroleum Engineering is a new kind of educational style which is suitable for the current education model and it is an important measure of higher education innovative talent training mechanism.This paper analyzes the research status of Excellent Engineer Education Training Program as well as the drawbacks of the existing petroleum engineering education model.On this basis,we explore the important reforms on educational model,educational concepts,evaluation methods and the part of the thesis and introduce appropriate safeguards.So that we can gain a large number of various types of advanced high-quality engineering and technical personnel that are suitable for the needs of economic and social development.
