响应曲面法对产蓝色素链霉菌YLA0的高产色素条件优化

     

摘要

Streptomyces sp.YLA0 was used as the experimental material to optimize the culture condition of high yield blue pigment.Based on the single factor experiment,C/N ratio,pH and culture time as three single factors were selected and optimized by Box-Behnken response surface design.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions of Streptomycin sp.YLA0 were as follows:C/N ratio was 14∶1,pH7.63,culture time was 169.69 h,and the yield was 11.67 mg/100 mL.Under this condition,the actual value was 97.04% of the optimized value,and the results showed that the model was reliable and could be used to optimize the culture condition of Streptomyces sp.YLA0.%以链霉菌YLA0作为出发菌株来优化其高产蓝色素的培养条件,单因素实验的基础上,筛选出C/N比、pH、培养时间三个单因素,利用Box-Behnken的响应曲面设计进一步优化.结果表明,链霉素YLA0高产蓝色素的最佳培养条件为:C/N比为14∶l、pH7.63、培养时间169.69 h,得率11.67 mg/100 mL.该条件下的实际值为优化值的97.04%,说明该模型可靠,可用于链霉菌YLA0高产蓝色素培养条件的优化.
