浅析我国酒店业员工流失的原因及对策分析

         

摘要

Based on its building, hotel is a kind of organization that provides services to customers to obtain e-conomic benefits through selling rooms, catering and integrated service facilities. Hotel plays a significant role in social, commercial and tourism activities in the modern city. Since the reform and opening-up, and with the im-provement of people's living standards and consumer tastes, the hotel industry has achieved rapid development. However, the high rate of staff loss becomes a bottleneck to its development. So, what leads to the phenomenon of staff loss, and what should hotels do? In this paper, these issues will be analyzed and discussed.%酒店是以它的建筑物为凭证,通过出售客房、餐饮及综合服务设施向客人提供服务,从而获得经济收益的组织。在现代城市社交、商业、旅游等活动中酒店起着十分重要的作用。改革开放以来,随着人民生活水平的提高和消费品味的提升,酒店业取得了蓬勃的发展,然而,员工的高流失率成为我国酒店业发展的瓶颈。那么究竟是什么原因导致了员工流失这种现象的出现,酒店该如何应对?本文就此问题展开分析和讨论。
