本文结合江西农业大学昆虫学科知识服务实践,探索普通高校图书馆面向教师团队的学科服务核心要素.如,领导重视和参与、用户细分和精准营销、多样协同服务、有效沟通模式、学科团队建设等,以期与同类高校图书馆分享学科服务经验.%By combining with the knowledge service practice of insect subject in Jiangxi Agricultural Univer-sity,the paper explores the main elements of subject service based on teaching staff: namely leader's attention and participation,reader segmentation and precise marketing,diverse collaborative services,effective communication modes,and subject service team building,etc.in order to share experiences of subject service with counterparts.
