在对大班课的授课过程中,教师常常遇到诸如不易管理、学生缺勤多、上课效果欠佳等难题,笔者认为帮助学生明确学习目的、内容及学习要求,向学生推介好的学习方法,严格考勤制度,全身心投入教学,这些能切实有效地改变这种现象。%In a big class,teachers usually meet problems such as hard to manage,lots of absences,not good lesson effect,the author thinks that helping students to clear study aim,content and requirement,recommending good study methods to students,strictly executing check-in and concentrating in teaching will effectively solving these problems.
