“90后”大学生思想特征影响因素及教育管理对策研究

Nowadays,"post-90s"young people have entered the university, but their unique ideological characteristics have brought challenges to the education and management of students. With the ideological characteristics of "post-90s" college stu-dents as the starting point, this paper analyzes the affecting fac-tors of the characteristics and puts forward the education coun-termeasures, so as to help the implementation of students' educa-tion and management.%现如今，“90后”年轻一代已经走进了大学校门，他们表现出独特的思想特征给学生教育管理工作带来了挑战。本文以“90后”大学生的思想特征为出发点，分析其影响因素，提出了教育对策，以有利于“90后”大学生的教育管理工作的开展。
