教师流动不仅影响学校的教师构成情况和学校组织的稳定,大范围的教师流动还影响着整个教师群体的地域构成和教师资格水平。从小学教师流动的均衡性角度出发,分析城乡教师流动的问题、原因及实现双向流动的有效策略,以实现我国城乡中小学教育的均衡发展。%The flow of teachers not only affects the teaching staff of a school and the stability of school organization, but also affects the regional component of teachers and teacher qualifications.
