高校学生干部工作成效调查和基于胜任力理论的对策分析

University student cadres, the core of students, are ca-pable assistants of universities in the ideological and political ed-ucation of students and the daily management of students. The current situation of student cadres' work and the existing prob-lems are analyzed, and countermeasures are proposed based on the analysis of the competency theory.%高校学生干部是学生中的骨干分子，是学校开展学生思想政治教育、做好学生日常管理、服务广大学生的得力助手。了解学生干部的工作现状和存在的问题，以胜任力理论分析并运用该理论提出对策建议。
