"Thinking", as a kind of ability of our brain, is a com-plex psychological phenomenon."Mindset"refers to people con-sidering and analyzing problems by habit or relatively fixed thinking, which can be seen from that when they are going to solve something they have a particular way of processing prepa-ration. It has hindered the openness and flexibility of thinking, and brought about rigid and inflexible thinking. This enables people to use knowledge flexibly, and hinders the development of creative thinking. Based on a brief analysis on primary school students' activities of studying mathematics, this paper seeks the solutions.%“思维”是一种复杂的心理现象，是人的大脑的一种能力。“思维定势”是指人们按习惯的、比较固定的思路去考虑问题、分析问题，表现为在解决问题过程中作特定方式的加工准备。它阻碍了思维开放性和灵活性，造成思维的僵化和呆板。这使得人们不能灵活运用知识，创造性思维的发展受到阻碍。本文从小学生学习数学的活动中进行简单分析，并寻求解决方法。
