酒店管理专业学生职业素质教育模式探析

摘要

How to use effective teaching modes to cultivate hotel management talents with high professional qualities and skills for enterprises is an imperative issue for vocational colleges. This paper explores how to reform the quality education mode of high-er vocational hotel management major from the following aspects, cultivation objective, talent cultivation mode, teaching plan, cur-riculum setting, teaching practice and teaching qualification.%如何运用有效的教学模式，培养出企业所需的高职业素质+强职业技能的酒店管理专业人才，是职业院校面临的亟待解决的问题。本文从培养目标、人才培养模式、教学计划、课程设置、教学实践、师资任职条件等方面探究如何改革高职类酒店管理专业的素质教育模式。
