培养科学精神，走中国特色的自主创新道路

摘要

中国自主创新能力不足的原因归根结底是缺乏科学精神。科学精神是包含科学理性和价值理性的一种人文精神力量，注重科学理性是西方科学的突出特点，注重价值理性是中国科学的传统优势。我们既要学习西方科学理性精神，也要发扬中国科学传统中的价值理性优势，增强理论自信，培养科学精神，走中国特色的自主创新道路。%The ultimate reason of the lack of China's independent innovative capability is the lack of scientific spirit. Scientific spirit is a humanistic spiritual strength including scientific ratio-nality and value rationality, and focusing on scientific rationality is a prominent characteristic of Western science, while focusing on the value of scientific rationality is China's traditional strength. We need not only learn the spirit of Western science and ratio-nality, but also carry forward the advantages of Chinese scientific tradition of value rationality, so as to enhance theoretical confi-dence, cultivate the spirit of science, and take the road of inde-pendent innovation with Chinese characteristics.
