高校涂鸦是公德缺失、监管缺失的表现。某些学生公德意识不强，文明水平不高，是非不清，善恶不辨。应着眼德育育人，努力细化教学目标，做实教学过程，强化教学效果。从小事着手，从身边发力，让学生完全融入道德教化中，使学生的道德水平、道德自律长入规范和要求。面对涂鸦，教育要行动起来，大学生要有责任和担当。%College graffiti embodies the lack of morality and regu-lation. There still exist some problems in some students' morality, so we should focus on mora education, in order to improve stu-dents' moral level and self-discipline. Faced with graffiti, educa-tion should play its role and college students' should have the re-sponsibility to eliminate it.
