浅议高校人事分配制度改革中的思想政治工作

In the reform of university personnel distribution sys-tem, ideological and political work of the teaching staff should be well implemented, so as to reduce the obstacles of reform, pro-mote the further implementation of reform, and provide support for the scientific and healthy development of the higher education cause.%　　高校人事分配制度改革对原有的人事管理制度进行变革，在这一过程中，要扎实做好广大教职工的思想政治工作，减少改革阻力，为改革和发展凝聚人心，促进改革更加深入地推行，为高等教育事业的科学健康发展提供支持。
