当前高职高专院校档案工作中存在的问题与对策

摘要

由于长期以来对档案管理工作的重视程度不够，加上管理工作科学化与信息化的现代需求，高职高专院校档案工作中存在的问题与不足日益凸显。本文直面相关问题，就问题产生的原因进行了分析，并针对问题提出了解决对策。高科技和信息化影响下的档案工作面临着许多新的机遇和挑战，高职高专院校档案作为学校管理工作的重要组成部分，只有通过争取领导重视，提升从业人员素质，探索新的管理模式，加大投入等工作才能顺利实现档案工作的进步与跨越。%Due to the importance of file management for a long time is not enough, coupled with the modern demand on scientific management and informatization, problems and shortages existing in the archives work is highlighted in higher vocational college. In this paper, problems were faced with and the causes of problems were analyzed, and lastly the countermeasures against problems were put forward. The archives work is faced with many new op-portunities and challenges under the influence of high-tech and information technology. As an important part of school manage-ment, archives work would be implementation of archives work progress and leap through a variety of efforts such as struggling for leadership attention, improving staff quality, and exploring new management pattern, and increasing investment.
