It consists of perforated flat metal elements (A) of variable length which, when assembled with a connecting piece (B), form a metal structure (C) which passes through the entire structure in the sense of length. The structures serve as supports for the transverse elements called hydraulic retarders (E) which make up the device and which can be in different materials (metals, plastics, wood). The elements E have different size characteristics depending on the type of work to be equipped.
