Modular device for modifying the hydraulic flow conditions in structures enabling the crossing of streams

The device has flat perforated metallic elements (A) assembled using connection pieces (B) to form a solid metallic structure (C), where the length of the metallic elements is variable. The metallic structure traverses totality of a structure in a length direction. Transversal elements i.e. hydraulic retarders (E), are fixed on the metallic structure in a transversal manner, and are oriented towards upstream or downstream using perforated metallic tabs (F) and common fixation elements e.g. nuts, where the transversal elements are made of wood, metal and plastic material.
