体验式培训在高校班集体建设中的作用

按照中央16号文件精神，加强高校班集体建设具有重要意义，但目前的新形势下却存在着一些制约高校班集体建设的因素；体验式培训作为一种先进的手段，能使高校班集体建设变得更加有效、易行。%According to the spirit of the No.16 central document, to enhance the construction of college class collective is of great significance, but there exist some factors restricting the construc-tion of college class collective in the new situation.
