济南市特殊教育教师职业倦怠与人格特征关系研究

         

摘要

目的:探究济南市特殊教育工作者的职业倦怠与其人格特征的关系,为工作人员的选拔和录用提供参考依据,也使更多的特殊教育教师了解和应对职业倦怠。方法:运用MBI问卷和艾森克成人人格问卷对济南市2所特殊教育机构的60名在职的特殊教育教师进行问卷调查。结果:职业倦怠与人格特质中的精神质、神经性呈显著正相关,与人格特质的内外向性和说谎性成负相关。结论:教师的人格特质对职业倦怠有一定的影响和中介作用,特殊教育工作者应注意培养和形成健全的人格,以减少职业倦怠对工作带来的不利影响。%Objective: To explore the relationship between Ji'nan special educators' job burnout and personality traits, so as to pro-vide references for personnel selection and employment, and help more teachers know about job burnout and deal with it. Method:Using MBI Questionnaire and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire to survey on 60 on-post special education teachers from 2 special education institutions. Result: Job burnout shows a significant positive correlation with the spiritual quality in personality and a negative correlation with intraversion and extraversion. Conclu-sion: The teacher's personality is of certain significance to job burnout, so special education teachers should cultivate healthy personality, so as to reduce the bad influences of job burnout.
